Team & Group Photography

Team Photography That Represents the Company You've Built

We plan leadership, department, and company-wide group photographs around your location, schedule, and intended use, so the final image feels organized instead of improvised.

Group Photography for Every Company Structure

From a two-person leadership portrait to a company-wide all-staff photograph, we adapt the setup, timing and logistics to match your team's size and the image's intended purpose.

Leadership group

Leadership & Executive Teams

Polished portraits of C-suite, VP and director groups. Planned around executive calendars with efficient individual and paired compositions alongside the group shot.

Board and committee groups

Boards & Committees

Formal group arrangements for governing boards, advisory committees and panels—consistent framing, matched backgrounds and organized delivery for annual reports and official publications.

Department teams

Department Teams

Individual departments photographed together on location. Ideal for internal directories, website team pages, recruiting materials and department announcements.

All-staff company-wide groups

All-Staff & Company-Wide Groups

Large-group coordination for full-company photographs at offices, venues or company events. We manage the scheduling, staging and logistics so the process runs smoothly.

Associations and member organizations

Associations & Member Organizations

Group coverage for professional associations, nonprofit boards, conference committees and member organizations throughout Columbus and Central Ohio.

We Come to Your Location — Fully Equipped

Ohio Business Photographer brings a complete mobile setup to your office, headquarters, facility or chosen venue throughout Columbus and Central Ohio. There is nothing for your team to source, arrange or rent.

Location & Space Planning

  • We review your space in advance and recommend the best available areas for setup.
  • Indoor conference rooms, lobbies, open-plan floors and outdoor courtyards all work.
  • We communicate minimum space requirements clearly before arrival.
  • Multiple setups at one visit are possible for larger teams or varied looks.

Consistent, Professional Lighting

Our portable lighting system delivers even, controlled illumination regardless of your building's existing lighting, window glare, fluorescent ceilings, and mixed sources. Every employee is photographed under the same quality of light, which is what makes the full set look cohesive when placed side-by-side on your website or directory.

Two Approaches — One of Them Is Right for Your Project

Most team photography projects benefit from one of two approaches, or a deliberate combination of both. Here is how to decide which fits your intended use.

Formally arranged executive team group portrait

Formal Arranged Groups

A directed, organized composition with planned rows, consistent spacing and everyone looking toward camera. Best for annual reports, press releases, official publications, board directories and brand standards that require a unified, authoritative look.

Best for: Annual reports · Board pages · Press materials · Brand libraries

Environmental candid team photography in a collaborative workspace

Environmental & Candid Groups

A relaxed, in-context approach where the team is photographed in their actual workspace — collaborating, reviewing work or gathered naturally. Backgrounds show the real office environment. Best for culture pages, recruiting content, 'About Us' sections and social media.

Best for: Culture pages · Recruiting · About pages · Social media

Distributed Team? We Have a Solution.

If your company has employees across multiple offices, works in shifts, or simply cannot gather everyone in one place on one day, composite team photography is an available option.

What Is Composite Photography?

Each team member is photographed individually or in small groups using the same background, lighting setup and framing standard. The production team then assembles the approved selections into a single unified group image. The result is a polished, consistent team photograph that would be impossible to create with a single in-person session.

Composite imagery is a custom service and is scoped and priced individually based on team size, location count and production requirements. Mention it when completing the quote form and we will confirm whether it is the right solution for your project.
