A travel fee may apply for locations beyond the Columbus metro area — this is confirmed at the quote stage before any commitment.Do we need a large office or special space for a shoot?
No. We work with the space you have. A conference room, lobby, open workspace or outdoor area on your property can all work well depending on the service. During planning we review your available spaces and recommend the best options for the type of photography you need.How far in advance should we book?
For headshot and team sessions, two to three weeks is a comfortable lead time for most locations. Corporate events should be booked as early as possible — ideally four to six weeks out — to confirm availability around your event date. We can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines, so it is always worth asking.Can you photograph employees across multiple Central Ohio offices in one day?
Yes, multi-location days are available. We plan a route and schedule that covers each office efficiently. This works well for companies with two or three Central Ohio locations who want consistent results across all sites in a single booking.What if we need to reschedule?
Life happens. We ask for as much notice as possible — typically 48 hours for smaller sessions. Rescheduling options are outlined in your project agreement. For events with fixed dates, cancellation terms are confirmed in advance so there are no surprises.How are final images delivered?
Edited, high-resolution files are delivered via a private online gallery. You can download full-resolution images directly. Files are prepared for web, social media and print use. Typical turnaround is five to ten business days following the shoot, with expedited delivery available on request.
