Corporate Photography Pricing

Corporate Photography Pricing

We publish starting points to help you plan your budget and bring the right conversations to the table. Final pricing is always scoped to your team size, location, schedule, image volume and deliverables — so every quote reflects the actual project.

Starting Investment by Service

These figures represent starting points for typical engagements. Your formal proposal will reflect the full scope of your project.

Service Starting Investment
Executive or individual business headshot From $500
On-site company headshot session From $1,300
Team and group photography From $1,300
Corporate event photography Two-hour minimum from $1,100; half- and full-day rates available on request
Workplace branding image library From $1,800

Final pricing depends on team size, scheduling complexity, location, image volume, licensing, delivery deadline and any travel required. Request a quote to receive a proposal built around your project.

What Shapes Your Final Quote

Every corporate photography project has its own requirements. We build each proposal around the actual scope so you're never paying for services you don't need — and nothing gets overlooked.

Team size and scheduling— More employees or tighter scheduling windows require additional planning time and may involve multiple setup locations.

Location and travel— On-site sessions within Columbus are standard; projects outside the metro or across multiple offices involve travel coordination.

Image volume and retouching— The number of final selects and retouching depth affect post-production time.

Usage licensing— Internal directory use, public website display, paid advertising and press licensing each carry different terms.

Delivery timeline— Standard and expedited timelines are scoped in the proposal based on operational availability at the time of booking.

Pricing Questions, Answered

Common questions about what's included, how deposits work and how to move from starting point to confirmed booking.

  • What does the starting price include?

The starting price covers pre-shoot planning, on-location photography for the scoped session, standard retouching and organized digital delivery. Licensing for internal business use is included. Additional usage — such as paid advertising or third-party press — is scoped and priced in the proposal.
  • Is travel included?

On-location sessions within the Columbus metro area are standard. Projects requiring significant travel outside Central Ohio, or coverage across multiple offices in different cities, involve a travel fee that is itemized transparently in your proposal.
  • How does the deposit and payment process work?

A deposit is required to confirm your booking date. The deposit amount and remaining balance schedule are outlined in your project proposal and service agreement. We'll walk you through the payment terms before you sign anything.
  • What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms are included in every service agreement. In general, deposits cover planning and scheduling work already completed. If a date needs to change, we do our best to accommodate rescheduling within a reasonable window. Full details are in the agreement provided at booking.
  • Do you offer packages or bundles?

Some clients combine services — for example, pairing a company headshot session with team group photography or workplace branding on the same visit. When that makes sense for your project, we'll build it into the proposal rather than applying a generic bundle discount.
  • How do I get a formal written proposal?

Submit your project details through the quote form — including service type, team size, location and timing — and Client Services will prepare a proposal tailored to your scope. Most initial proposals are returned within one business day of receiving complete project information.
